Eden Niknafs is the co-founder of Accountability In Action (AIA), where she helps law firms and professional services teams make life a little less chaotic and a lot more efficient. With more than 25 years of experience in legal operations, administration, and business process improvement, she has a knack for spotting what is slowing teams down and turning it into something smarter, simpler, and more useful.
At AIA UK, Eden blends practical consulting with AI and automation, bringing a human touch to tech-enabled change. She is especially focused on helping lean teams do more with less, without losing the relationships, judgment, and common sense that still matter most.
Outside of client work, Eden co-hosts the podcast What the F**ck is AI, where she talks about the real-world side of AI in a way that is clear, candid, and refreshingly unpretentious. The discussion continues with regular Fri-AI-Day open chats.
She is now bringing that same energy to AIA UK, helping firms explore what is possible when experience, strategy, and technology work together.
