This program is approved by the Virginia State Bar for 1.0 hour of Virginia CLE credit, including 0.5 hour of ethics and professionalism credit. Credit for California is pending.
Attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions may also be eligible to claim credit, subject to the rules and reporting requirements of their respective state bars. Clear out-of-state credit opportunities may be available in jurisdictions such as:
- Alaska
- California
- New York
- Wisconsin, subject to applicable eligibility requirements
Additional jurisdictions may recognize Virginia-approved CLE through reciprocity, self-reporting or an individual application process.

Attendance is tracked during the live program for CLE reporting purposes. Questions may be submitted through Teams chat.
Receive the materials
Confirmed attendees receive the digital book handout during the meeting. The certificate of attendance identifies the Virginia total and the ethics/general allocation.
